I received my 0.25mm Derma Roller in advance of the expected delivery date. I have used it twice. It is easy to use, and did what I expected it to do. My skin was a little dry and tingly the following morning, which I did expect. I kept it well moisturised, and as the day progressed, it improved a lot. I intend to use the roller three times a week to start with, then once I become confidant with this size, and my skin becomes accustomed to this "new" procedure, I will move on to a 0.5.The retailer sent me a courtesy email saying I could ask any questions about using the roller if I needed too.... something you don't get a lot of today - thank you !I'm a happy customer..... good service, good product... what's not to like

Not all Dermarollers are the same!!!! Read the description and reviews before buying other rollers, because this one is fantastic!!! Customer service is fast and very polite, they said they will be releasing a new model with interchangeable heads and different size gauges for different areas, so I'm really looking forward to this new model too.

Horrible experience with products from other companies. They may look similar, but check the manufacturer, the seller/supplier, the quantity of needles the others claim to have.... Those others scratched my skin because several of the tiny needled were bent at the tips, causing me to cut into my skin!! That has NEVER happened with this product! Excellent quality!
