So, the plus points -1) This product was delivered quickly2) The wax DOES work.Negatives -1) The cartridge leaked everywhere once warmed and has leaked down into my heating sleeve, Possibly breaking it.2) It also leaked all over my leg while trying to apply, causing some burning.I would not recommend this unfortunately.

Fantastic stuff even for a first timer !, 26 Sept. 2014

This was my first time waxing and after reading all the reviews decided to try this system as one of the cheapest but also with good reviews.

I was not dissapointed! I did all the pre-wax steps (exfoliated with oil free garnier body scrub, pre-wax babyliss smooth & calm gel) and then waited a short time for the wax to heat (about 20 minutes). It was very handy having the lights to show when its ready.

So with much trepidition I applied it and it went on like a dream! Pressed the strip on and following careful youtube instructions pulled it off in an upward-close to the skin, motion. To my utter amazment it didn't really hurt at all. I thought I must have done it wrong, but lo-and-behold there was all my hairs stuck on the wax strip! I went over a few that I had missed with no discomfort at all.

I got all the residue wax off, after I was done, with baby oil and followed up with Aloe Pura Organic Aloe Vera After Sun Lotion, and I have no redness or soreness and...

Dont dont buy this product! I have been waxing myself and having been waxed in salons for the last 10years and have never been in such a pain before... My arm is in agony, the wax is useless and is so sticky that it hurts crazily to get it off... I threw them away immediately...
