I ordered these extensions 2 weeks ago and I have them in now and they look terrible! They are dry I have to keep running conditioner through them! I am very unhappy with my purchase!! I've ordered hair extensions numerous times from Amazon and these are the worst I've had and the most expensive!!

the hair is of poor quality and different lenghts. if this was put in a clients hair the client would demand a full refund as the hair really is that bad. its around 12" and then around 4 strands of singular hair to make it up to the 18" as advertised. its not a picture of the hair you recieve and when you ask for a refund you have to open a claim as this seller doesnt like to refund anyone...
