This comes in a nice protective storage case to keep it clean and sanitized. After each use wash in an antibacterial soapy suds water solution, just swish it around a few minutes, then rinse under hot water and let air dry.

Good results!, 1 Nov. 2017

I have used this twice before bedtime, putting on serum and a night cream on top. Any redness had faded by morning. It does leave the skin feeling very smooth. I will continue to use it, probably about once a week.

I know that for this kind of products it's easy to want 5 stars to mean "great results", but for now I'm happy that the package was well sealed and the needles were perfectly straight and aligned.

Not worth the time and money, 4 July 2017

I waited for a bit to write the review, so far have used it only 2 times. When took it out to used for the 3rd time, some of the needles have already turned black and that's even with so much care of cleaning if before and after the use with rubbing alcohol and drying it out on a towel for hours. When it comes to healthcare, the best thing is to go for quality products even if they are expensive
