Worked properly on 3 ocassions, now its neither use nor orniment!! It now runs like its battery operated, dead slow! Thenit will suddenly run at full speed its obviously faulty & in my opinion its dangerous. I've contacted the seller a few times they last time they told me to "get this"...read the intructions!!! I can't tell you how insulting that was!! :-(

I had been thinking about buying an electric nail file for a while, but the ones i looked at were very expensive, i thought i would buy a cheap one to see what they would be like and buy an expensive one later, but i am that pleased with this one i cant imagine what a dearer one could do that this one doesnt, it does every thing gets in every nook and cranny and the buffer attachment is brilliant, the replacement heads are only a few quid, but so far the ones that came with it are still working great, and i have been using it for a few months. I use it for acrylic nails, its very fast and have never had it on full, i would be carefull if using on natural nail though as it is very powerfull.

i got this manicure.i would have been better off with just nail filei would n't reccommend this .
