My hair was very thin but healthy and when my hairdresser gave me the samples I was thrilled as they seemed to work and my hair became much thicker. So I spent a fortune on the products only to find that after two weeks my hair was dull and lifeless, and that I had dandruff! I feel I have wasted a lot of money and I agree with everything the other one star reviewer has said.

I was disappointed in this product. It has a respected name and is very expensive to buy. There was quite a lot of information on the bottle about the good things that it is supposed to do but nothing about how much to use, this made it difficult.It doesn't foam much,unlike my usual shampoo so it was impossible to tell if you are using too much or too little.It left my very fine hair looking lifeless,dull and lank. An ultra cheap shampoo would have done a better job, so I thought that it was very poor value for my money.Would I buy it again or recommend it...definitely not.

the shampo bites extremely in the eyes and dries the hair out, have had much better and at the end cheaper shampoos
