I use this for my hair at nights (alternating between this and Sweet Almond oil) and I love the result. I wake up with my ends feeling super silky and hydrated - not at all dry! I also use it as a pre-wash treatment with a few other oils, particularly so I can finger de-tangle. A great oil I'd like to purchase again. Oh and also, the bottle is pretty big so it lasts a while - I'm nowhere near through with mine.

I have very flaky skin on my elbows sometimes which really bugs me. I used to use cream but i heard how beneficial grapeseed oil is for skin and so I tried this..in a day my elbows felt softer smoother and less flaky !! It also ironed out the slight wrinkles I was developing there..I am gonna use it on my face next!! Great oil!!
