Brittle plastic, 12 May 2013

Package received contained duplicate packs of some sizes and other sizes were missing. The plastic used is thicker than other manufacturers/suppliers use and so is more brittle. It tends to crack when cutting the nail either with nail clippers or scissors. Pouring boiling water over the nail (before sticking to finger!) helps. I am a man - and a flamenco guitarist - hence the need for the nails: the thumb nail, size 0, is particularly useful and produces good tonality on the base strings! The nails do look very natural.

I really dislike these partially because when I apply nail polish I have to apply several coats in order for the colour to properly show, if you apply one coat it becomes transparent which is not what I like at all.
