If you press the on/off button and your nose trimmer does not start:

1. The trimming element could be blocked by dirt. Soak the cutting element of the nose trimmer in a bowl of warm water with a little soap for about 2 minutes.

2. The battery could be empty. Replace the battery with a new one. If your nose trimmer still does not work, please contact Philips Norelco manufacturer¡¯s warranty.

We advise you to clean the product after each use. For specific instructions, please consult the user manual. The handle of my nose trimmer became warm when I switched it on.

The handle probably became warm because the trimming element is so dirty that it got stuck. Soak the trimming element of the nose trimmer in a bowl of warm water with some soap for two minutes.

I was rather surprised at the quality of this product. The packaging was great and kept the product nice and secure which is always good to see.To start off with the price was 9 pounds which is great to see as the quality of the product is outstanding. Opening up the box you are met by the plastic tray. This holds up the treatment itself, a small brush, a razor head and a dock to put everything in.The product worked great but I was slightly disappointed as it is battery-powered, this didn't change my opinion on it though as it did the job perfectly and for £10 you can't complain. I would recommend this to anyone who needs it haha as it is a great product.I have attached some high-quality photos, if they all this review as a whole was helpful, please let me know, thank you…

it was the best decision I made considering the choices, 3 Feb. 2016
Being that it was my first time using a nose hair trimmer, and for the price I got it, to me, it was the best decision I made considering the choices. It takes a while to getting used to, it will tickle and probably exacerbate the feeling because of the vac air flow (and yes you can probably get a slight rush from it). I get watery eyes everytime I use it due to the tickle feeling but thats a personal reaction and if you use it, you might also. Battery life so far has been very good, 3 months now and no drainage. It's made it easier to keep my nose less 'hairy' and the work it's done is more than acceptable and everything you can expect from a nose hair trimmer. At the price I would think its top 3, have never gotten a nick or pulled hair and it seems like the vac system really helps.

I suggested to a friend of ours to buy one of these hair trimmers for my husband,as he had his birthday and our friend had nothing to give to him.I must say that I had never expected such a high quality for such a low price!My poor husband has a lot of ugly black thick hair growing out of his noseand this was the perfect gift for him, because he had already searched a while for suchan appliance and especially because our friend wasn't able to spend a lot of money.This great nose hair trimmer (well, you can also use it for ears and other parts,as I read but my hubby just needed it for his nose hair) is really worth much morethan the bit of money it costs! We are definitely satisfied! :)
