Wanted a compact set to take away on holiday. I am a recent convert to synthetic bristles on make up brushes - agree they are softer and hold the eyeshadow better.. Have a Lamora set for daily use (fabulous) but wanted a small set of brushes for when I go on holiday. Was looking for something in a case so that the brushes didn't get bent/squashed while travelling nor did they shed eye shadow everywhere by rolling around in a makeup bag or with my powder/blusher brush. Never understood why some people keep them together - who wants eye shadow coming off on the powder brush and then all over your face ?!! Anyway - these are great for what I wanted. Look the part. Case nice, stays together. Compact set yet brushes easily long enough to easily use without feeling like you're dealing with dolls size kit. All brushes fit easily inside case. Thrilled with it. Liked it so much got one for me and one for a present for my Mum.

These are not even worth the £3.99, have chucked 3 of the brushes straight in the bin, 2 due to absolute poor quality, they literally came straight apart in my hands with all of the hair coming straight out, the other has been so badly packed it's unusable. For the moment I have kept the other 2 brushes although not sure how they will stand up with use. The only positive about this product is the cylinder tin they come in, maybe I can find some better brushes to fit in this. Wasn't expecting professional quality with such a small price, but was hoping for something I could at least use. Keep your money and for a little more get something better.

Not very good at all, the brushes malt then get stuff in my lashes and irritate me. I think I'm done to only a few bristles but for the price what do you expect. I have now given the ones I don't use to my little sister for her barbie make up palettes. She doesn't have a problem with them but she's 7 and easily pleased. X
