Best concealer? Should be, at the price!, 21 Oct. 2015

Mrs Gumby is delighted with this. Only a tiny amount is needed to do a superb job of covering a range of blemishes and it has good staying power. The brand is new to her but she’ll be looking out for it in future.You’re unlikely to find a better alternative but the £20 price really does seem extreme, so I’m deducting a star. I’m not sure Mrs Gumby would though!

I had high expectations having read so many reviews on this concealer but I was rather disappointed. The product separates in the tube so this clear oily liquid comes out when you squeeze the tube. It also has a very strong smell of lanolin. The tube is absolutely tiny but then you only need to use the the teeniest amount otherwise it goes on quite cakey and difficult to blend. It does provide good coverage (on the heavier side) but I prefer other concealers to this one.

This is a tiny tube with a double seal and not that easy to get in. It is actually quite dark for a medium biege. It felt like more of a foundation than a concealer. Handy little size for a crowded bag.Coverage seemed average but a strong positive is that it lasted through a full working day. Perfectly ok product but nothing to make it stand out amongst the competition from the many cheap-ish supermarket own brands
