This oil is a very nice quality one. Ravensara is quite under rated in my opinion. It isn't one of the pretty smelling oils, but it is perfect for use in a steam inhaler when you have a cold and a cough starting.Rub on your neck if you are getting a sore throat, rub on your chest if you are getting a cough, and inhale in steam when you are starting with a cold. It's anti viral properties are very effective in preventing your cold from getting bad.Its efficacy outweighs its lack of pretty smell.Always useful to have some in your cupboard for when the Nasties get you.

Ravensara is so effective. I use it to with hot water and a towel to do a mini steam to flush through the sinuses if I've got a bit of a head cold. I prefer it over eucalyptus, i just find it stronger but that's just my opinion. But the item itself seemed good quality and comes nicely packaged.
