Handy to have, no it's not needed but at the price it was worth it. It is quite a large pencil, I was expecting a eye liner sort of size but this is a full sized colouring pencil size so should last ages. The white doesn't leave makes and feels like it really is wax

complete waste of money - I got excited and bought a load of bits and this is something you don't need. Use a pair of fine tweezers if you need something
