Actinica Lotion 80 g is the first medical device proven to prevent certain forms of non melanoma skin cancer in various high risk groups. Actinica lotion has been specifically designed to protect people against ultra-violet (UV) exposure which is a key factor in developing NMSC: specifically designed to protect patients at high risk. People who are more susceptible to contracting NMSC are for example, those who are immunosuppressed or have a weakened immune system, have had an organ transplant, undergone chemotherapy and are chronically UV exposed. Actinica offers a convenient and effective solution to prevent the damage caused to the skin by UV light. To encourage once daily use it is dispensed via a convenient pump dispenser which delivers the right amount required by the patient to ensure adequate photoprotection.
