How to use Derma Medico RAW Activated Charcoal Powder:

½ teaspoon of activated charcoal
½sandalwood oil
½ lavender oil
Exfoliating face scrub & deep cleanser:
Mix activated charcoal with your face cleanser and use 2-3 times a week You can also use it with your shower gel or even with your shampoo (if you are not a blonde)
Pore refining mask:
½ teaspoon of charcoal
½ teaspoon of bentonite clay
2 - 3 drops of tea tree oil(too much will sting)
1 - ½ teaspoon water
Detox Mask:
½ teaspoon of charcoal
½ teaspoon of rosewater
½ teaspoon Aloe Vera gel
2 - 3 drops of tea tree oil
You can also use manuka honey the good old water only, and it will still deep clean your pores.

Having bought this by accident (I initially thought it was for teeth!) my girlfriend and I decided, at 10pm at night, that it would be a good time to do a mask before bed. We set about making the paste and applying it, so far so good, and filled the bowl we'd used to concoct the tar substitute with hot water for ease of cleaning later.

We thought as we set about mopping it up. 10 minutes passed and it was time to wash the mask off - which was certainly easier said than done. Thick black water soon filled the sink like something out of The Grudge. Black splash marks adorned the edge of the sink, splashback and bathtub. Somehow it had even got up our nose, as if we'd been standing at a tube station for over a year.
After finally stepping out of the bathroom, our faces having aged more due to the time taken to wash the mask off than they had been...
