I always had bad feet problems, the kind where i can't wear heels more than 2 hours or even less depending on the shoes. It was either very bad blisters (even with my converse) or burning hot feet when wearing high heels. And then I decide to try this cream. I use it 15 minutes before wearing high heels, I massage the cream everywhere on the foot for 2-3 minutes and I went out. First time in my life where i could dance the whole night with the shoes on, without any burning hot pain and no blisters at all... amazing cream!!!! would definitely recommend it. I also now use it before sport and my foot have never been better!

Absolute essential for marathon / ultra training!, 30 Nov. 2015

I read about this magical stuff when training for my first ultra marathon and now can't live without it. It's all over my feet before any run - and most rest days if I have enough left!! I credit it for preventing a multitude of blisters and rubbing sports bra straps and have recommended it to so many people - who have all fully agreed with me! It also, rather randomly, works wonders for stopping high heels rubbing and helped my partner break in his new 'formal' shoes - brilliant for comfortably getting through the seemingly endless stream of weddings that now appear every year!

So far so very good. Read about it on a walking forum and it seems to be working really well. Lubricates without leaving a greasy residue. I use it on my feet in conjunction with a little taping.
