i personally love the alpecin pruducts. after a slow and steady hairloss from my mid twenties, i know it would be a matter of time before i had to lose the lot. i have been using alpecin caffiene shampoo now everyday for about 2 years, and the liquid occasionaly (not daily) for just over a year. so i have given it plenty of time before i write my review.

i can honestly say in all that time, i havent noticed any significant hair growth of new hairs.. although this does definitely speed up hair growth of the hair you have got. for me however, after the first couple of months, my hair loss seemed to stop. no bath tub full of thick brown hair anymore, and its definitely stronger and healthier than its ever been. i use this liquid a few times a week (and the shampoo daily) the liquid itself gives your head a satisfying tingle at first, and once dried it adds volume to your hair plumping it up to help give it a thicker style. these are the only products for me, i cant imagine...

This after shampoo liquid is amazing. I started using Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo first. And was so pleased with the results. Thicker feeling and looking hair and new hair growing where it had receded, that I decided to purchase this liquid to use on the days that I don't shampoo my hair. The hair has continued to grow and look and feel thicker. I am absolutely delighted. It has definitely worked for me.

I don't know why I didn't expect it to be so liquid-y.. but it's a good thing it is.. coz it penetrates the scalp amazingly and I saw significant hair growth from using it. It also meant that my hair wasn't feeling dirty from oil! Perfect. The only bad thing I have to say is that it gave me a migraine so bad, I passed out (but that may be because I'm sensitive to caffeine). So if caffeine gives you negative health side effects.. Use with caution or avoid. But it works :)
