I've only used this shampoo four times and already my scalp psoriasis is 100% improved. I've suffered with this horrible embarrassing condition for nearly 30 years and thought I'd tried every lotion and shampoo on the market. This shampoo really works - even my hairdresser noticed how improved my scalp was. Will definitely carry on using.The smell is more medicated than out and out coal tar. Leaves my hair feeling a bit dry (my hair is coloured though) so I just use my normal conditioner afterwards.

I have used this shampoo for years (over 30!). I have psoriasis in my scalp - this is the only shampoo that truly stops itchy scalp for me. Keeps me sane! I have very dry, very curly hair - so I do need extra conditioner as well, but for me this shampoo is great.

I had terribly dry and dandruff hair / psoriasis for years. This was the only stuff that has completely cured it. I was recommended to apply it and leave in five minutes before washing out. It worked and I've gone back to feeling normal!!! For me personally it got me down so much I stopped having my hair cut and going out. Its was a nightmare. This has turned all that around. Thank you so much Alphosyl!
