Exceptional conditioner, 18 Oct. 2013

My hairdresser recommended this to me as I was suffering from breakage and split ends due to years of straightening! I used it earlier this year and it had a fantastic effect on my hair. However with hairdresser prices being a bit too much I decided to order off Amazon as it was £5 cheaper. The seller delivered within the time frame and it was well packaged to avoid any damage. Good service.

Was packaged well and received quickly. However I didn't like the product at all. Used it for a while now and feel its done nothing for my hair except increase the rate at which it falls out. I have alternated with other shampoo+conditioner and nothing else makes my hair fall out anywhere near as much as this does. When washing my hair after using this I end up with huge clumps falling out - to the point where I feel like crying and am amazed I have any hair left on my head! It doesn't end when hair is dried and combed through as an equal amount (if not more) falls out then as well.

The packaging is pretty awful as well. Can't really squeeze the bottle to get it out and you end up with about an 1/8th left in the bottle for waste.

Because of the price and reviews I've read about Alterna Caviar being great, I persevered till the end but I now really regret it. An absolute waste of time and effort - absolutely no repairing qualities noted after months of use and other...

This product is extremely excellent for your hair . I love it it does what it says on the bottle. I use it everyday. The company is excellent too they deliver on time and I have never had any problems.
