sadly when the product arrived the product inside had completely smashed, gutted as it was expensive. Loved what little I could use of it. But I probably only had 4/5 uses as it was that badly broken. I do not recommend the delivery service on this at all.

Product is brilliant works very well especially for sparse brows but it arrived with the pencil insert broken and the pencil insert is only about an inch long..it's quite expensive I'll wait to see how long this lasts before I decide if I'll buy again.

To be honest, I bought this initially because I had seen many Youtubers use them to good effect. It was quite pricey, however it is nice and sleek in build and handy that it has a blender brush on the opposite side to the pencil. Personally, when trying this item, I couldn't get it to look right; it was a bit un-natural. That being said, this could be down to wrong colour choice and the fact that I'm only a beginner to eyebrow pencils so probably wasn't using it right for full effect! Will be continuing to try to perfect dem brows though!
