This toner has a variety of antioxidants and anti-irritants in a lightly moisturising formula that's best for combination to oily skin. This does include an impressive amount of proven antioxidants, such as vitamin C, tea extracts and others. This loses a star as it includes a small amount of citrus fragrance ingredients, which could make it a problem for those with extra sensitive skin.
