I have not been disappointed.

I have waist-length fine, thinning hair with damaged ends. Nothing is going to heal split, damaged ends....I don't care what anyone says, it's not happening. I bought this brush because every other brush I've found has something in the construction that snags my hair and breaks it off. This was my last hope and I have not been disappointed.

Pros:

--It is a wooden brush with no seams or extra decorative parts in which my hair likes to get caught.

--It has plain, unpainted wooden pins that I find much more desirable. In other brushes the tips of the pins are painted and as that paint chips/wear off it leaves little snaggy places for my hair to get caught it, break off, or ripped out.

--The wooden pins give a much better scalp massage/stimulation than any other brush I've used. I find I quite enjoy brushing my hair as my scalp feels so wonderful afterward.

--It detangles hair fairly easily with minimal pulling...

This is a great little hairbrush (good pocket/travel size) it really has reduced my static hair problems. The brush itself I would give five stars, but I took one off as it is expensive for a small brush.
