I have problems to manage my hair as I live in London and the water is very hard in this area. I used it twice now in combination with a new shampoo as well, so not sure exactly if the conditioner is working on his own or maybe it is a combination of the two things, but definitely my hair have improved since, they are softer and they look cleaner in a way.

My hair was brittle, greasy, disgusting from the hard water and using this has been so rad because I can actually rise USING the hard water (rather than having to do an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse or using bottled water all the time). Major time-saver and it does remove build-up with a co-wash (or with the shampoo if you prefer), too!

I loved this product however it is such a shame that they do not sell it in a larger bottle as I have quite thick and long hair so I tend to use extra conditioner and less Shampoo. I have recently moved from a soft water area to a hard water area and my hair became like the consistency and feel of hay!!! I tried everything including bathing my hair in oil 3 x a week and using Cocoa butter based hair products but this was not that effective. I would highly recommend this product, however use sparingly and maybe only use once a week as you will get through it fast.
