A fabulous product. It relieves stress and is a real emotional support. Whether I spray it over myself or spray it into my room to 'clear' the emotion or stress within it, I have found it to be really effective. Essentially it clears away the old mood and gives you a chance to find some peace.I'm sure if more people sprayed this before driving there'd be less road rage. Also if you've had a bad day then spray yourself and it'll make you calmer and you'll be less inclined to get into a destructive argument with a loved one.If you are looking to shift a negative situation then this will definitely help. As will all Bush Flower products actually. If you have persistent issues with a space that seems negative then I'd also strongly recommend placing black tourmaline crystals in each corner of the room or one in the car. ABF's really do make outstanding products, not just the flower & bush essences, but this Love System range as well.I use this Calm & Clear Mist in one or two ways, both applied to my skin. Firstly, with clean hands, I spray 2-3 squirts into a cupped palm, then rub hands briskly together, & pat into face, neck, decolletage. With hands over nose, breathing in deeply for a count of 4, holding for 4, then remove hands, breathe out, then repeat. Second method, I either spray 2-3 squirts directly onto my solar plexus area & gently massage in, or follow the spraying into hands, before rubbing together, then pat into solar plexus. Sometimes I also apply 1 spray to my inner wrist & then rub my 2 wrists together.The scent is divine & I know from many years experience that the essences work. The effect is very rapid. Using the spray this way is not wasteful, & to my mind more advantageous, than spraying into the air.

Like the cream I love this product . I spray it on my palms in the morning and rub some into my face before applying the cream. It has a calming effect both on the skin and on the state of mind.. A great way to start the day.
