This is the most moisturizing shave cream I've used yet, and I've used some expensive, upscale shaving creams/foams that were supposed to be wonderful but were no better than the drugstore stuff. This is so thick that it comes out of the tube about the same consistency as toothpaste, literally. Finally, I have found a shave cream that is moisturizing enough that I don't need to slather a heavy body cream all over my legs as soon as I dry off in order to get ahead of the maddening, dry-skin itching that I always used to get after shaving. Though I tend to use it pretty liberally, it's thick enough that it doesn't take much to spread around evenly, and it should last much longer than a standard formula would. This one is fragrance-free, which I prefer, but it also comes in lavender and peppermint if you prefer scented bath products.
