Not for waterproof mascara, 22 July 2015
An opaque white "cream", not a clear lotion. Feels soft and gentle but it is a struggle to take off waterproof mascara. I prefer the bi-facils type removers.

Removes almost nothing and not gentle on the eyes (stings) at all. Would not recommend it really.
