Really love this Sleep Serenity spray, it has such a lovely soothing smell it really helps me relax and unwind when I get into bed.I've had problems with getting to sleep lately and also waking up several times in the night. This spray is a real comfort when I go to bed, I spray it a couple of times round the bedroom before getting into bed and I soon drift off. I was concerned before I bought it that the smell would be too strong and may give me a headache but it isn't at all, it is a really lovely soft smell and has dissappeared by morning. Not sure if it stains bedding as I haven't checked yet, but I try to spray into the room instead of directly on to bedding. Buying the three bottles worked out cheaper than any other offer on Amazon, and at least I know now that I won't be running out for a while.
