I can only gush about this mascara. It applies well, layers up well, doesn't clump and gives great coverage without making you look like you've overdone it or given yourself spider lashes. It lasts, too - I rarely need to reapply

I've found that over the years my lashes have thinned and mascara brushes have got more complicated. I was looking for a black mascara with a traditional shaped brush and this really fits the bill. It is well packaged and the casing is well made. I opted for the black colour and have been really impressed. Even from brand new the mascara does not clump on my lashes and is really easy to grip and use. It coats the lashes well and is removed easily yet does not smudge or run. Quality product and very reasonably priced.

I've had worse, and I've definitely had better. At the price it is, and the raving so many people I know do over Benefit, I expected better. I didn't expect a miracle but I expected more length than I got. I have medium to slightly long lashes. Several coats adds good length but it's quite a lot of product to put on every time. I've had better length, and thickness with less coats, from more affordable mascaras.If you're like me, a person on a budget, but like to occasionally buy a pricier piece of make up, I would not bother with this one.I also tried They're Real, and actually, thats even less impressive. If you were on the fence about which Benefit mascara to buy out of those 2, I'd choose this one, but neither are worth repurchasing in my eyes.
