This is very soft and easy to apply.It can define or smudge for smoky eyes.Excellent product.Well worth the extra price tag,but good price from the supplier.

I use this eyeliner all the time & went on ..., 18 May 2015
I use this eyeliner all the time & went on line to find a distributor rather than having to go into town. The costs of the eyeliner are not much cheaper than standard retail shops-maybe 50p ish cheaper. Arrived within a few days.Not sure if the eyeline texture has changed but the liner does seem to go below my eyes more & cause a darker Panda look. So need to have a cotton bud to hand quite often.

OILY SKIN HEAVEN! I have never actually used this as an eyeliner, i use this as a Eyebrow pencil as i have oily skin and it's incredible. Stays on all day with no shine. If you have oily eyebrows use Waterproof liners like this at all times.
