Puff Off is a cross between a gel and a cream, it's fairly light and easy to absorb and it feels really cool on the skin.I was advised by the girl on the Benefit counter to apply this with the finger tips, and use the iron-shaped applicator to finish off. It absorbs very quickly, and I could actually see benefits almost immediately. I've been using this product on a daily basis for around three weeks now, and I've had comments from people that I look 'less tired' - which I take to mean that the bags under my eyes no longer resemble a suitcase!I'm a huge fan of Benefit products. The packaging is quirky and fun, and I find that the products really do make a difference.
