This comes nicely boxed with full instructions which are simple to follow and therefore this is easy to use.

When you switch it on it starts at 175° which is in the band for thin hair you then press '+' or '-' until you reach the level you want for your hair and then brush, it's as simple as that.

The recommended temperatures are:

210-230° for thick hair

190-210° for common hair

170-200° for thin hair

The temperature shows up on the LCD display you can see the temp it's at and when its reached the level you want you hold the on/off button until LOC appears on the display.

This brush worked great for me, my hair is fine and doesn't take much straightening anyway but for me this seemed so much easier than actually using straighteners, I just brushed it through like I would with a normal brush and it was done.

I'll use this brush on a day to day basis and save my straighteners for when I have more time.

My hair is about 6 inches below shoulder length, medium-thick, wavy. It works well because my hair isn't too wavy at the roots. If you have very curly/wavy hair and need to straighten starting at the roots, this product won't be able to easily achieve that. For my purposes, it's the best hair tool I have ever used!

This straightener is super easy to use. It works so much better than a flat iron which I never got to work effectively. The only thing I would change is the location of the controls. It's very easy to accidentally turn it off or alter the temperature.
