Finally! a set of tweezers that match and exceed the tweezing power of my long-time favourite brand Tweezerman. I’ve bought many tweezers over the years, all of them promising precision tweezing, even on short difficult to grasp hairs. Nonsense, most of them were rubbish and they frustrated the heck out of me and ended up in the bin. I got to the stage where the only tweezers I would buy would be the brand name I just mentioned. For the price of one Tweezerman set of tweezers you can buy this whole kit! Its phenomenal value, truly.

This product was sent to me for review and arrived well presented in a modern, portable, hand sized (approx) case to protect the inner contents.The single zip opened and closed very well and each of the 5 inner pieces were held inside by flexible elastic.They were well made, looked well cut and the logo on each one gave them a more appealing look.The 5 pieces all did something slightly different although 2 were similar in many ways:- Slanted tweezers = For plucking both standard and smaller individual hairs- X2 Precision tweezers = For plucking different sized tiny hairs- Eyebrow brush and comb = Assists with trimming eyebrow hairs and eyebrow makeup application- Eyebrow scissors = For eyebrow shapingIn use, these were easy to grip and they were fit for purpose for each specific task.Verdict: 4.5/5

4.5 for this good set of sturdy tweezers and scissors, but as I can't give a half star, it rounds up to 5.

The finish of the metal tools (three tweezers and a small pair of scissors) is matt steel rather than shiny stainless (see pictures). Two of the tweezers have extremely fine points. These are incredibly useful for removing ingrown hairs and splinters as well as plucking very fine hairs around the eyebrows.

The third pair of tweezers is slant tipped and gives a secure grip on stray brows.

This set has the best pair of scissors I've come across in a set of this type. They are sharp pointed, and made of really sturdy steel. All too often in sets of tools it's the scissors that fail, being made of thin steel with cheap plastic handles. The current description on the page has the scissors description as being curved, I would describe them as being straight, to be honest. The eyebrow brush and comb is standard for sets of this type.
