Took a long time to arrive (well over estimated delivery time) which was inconvenient. The creams are quite oily which was a bit frustrating as I had to layer powder on to conceal the oiliness. The colours are the same as in the picture and are all quite pigmented except for the green which needed multiple layers to actually cover blemishes/redness. Lasts for a few hours on the face. The colours don't take long to run out. I ahead had this product for a little over a month and I already have finished 3 shades, and I don't even wear makeup everyday. Product serves its purpose averagely well but be prepared for it to take a long time to arrive and to be oily. Despite the delivery issues, the customer service was very good and apologetic and did eventually get the palette to me.
