The fragrance is signed by perfumers of the house of Givaudan, Daniela Andrier and Antoine Maisondieu, setting Andalusian labdanum as the key note of the composition set in its base. Top notes refresh us with accords of Calabrian bergamot, pine from Siberia and juniper from the Balkans. The heart adds spicy notes of Jamaican pepper warmed by Canadian fir resins enriched with Mediterranean clary sage, resting on strong Andalusian labdanum, leather and Indonesian patchouli.

Great gift set, highly recommended. The Bottega Veneta aftershave balm is one of the better ones I've tried - smells decent and isn't oily. Shame it comes in a wee plastic bottle not a glass one, for this kind of money. And the EDT itself is of course class - real class.The box is extremely large given that there's only 2 items in it, but it'll make quite a smart memento/archive box to put all my fan mail in as well as the love letters/ valentine's cards and whatnot.Highly recommended. (My advice would be to shop around though - I didn't pay quite as much as 85 squidneys for my box set!)
