have purchased at least 12 of these airstylers over the years as it was always the best one on the market (and i have tried several alternative makes) but am very dissapointed with the one I have just bought. The quality is not anywhere as good as it was , on and off slide is much smaller as are the epoxy tips ,even the barrel itself does not seem the same. Why make changes to a perfectly good item ,must be cheaper to make now. Please Babyliss go back to the original design as it was perfect despite them only lasting approx 18 months.bit I can live with that as it was the ideal product for me. Good for thick wavy hair., 11 Oct. 2014

This is a very well designed air styler. I was a bit wary of the bristles as I thought they may get tangled in my longish hair. But they do not cause a problem in fact they are good at gripping the hair. My hair is very thick and wavy but the styler quickly smoothed it out beautifully.

I brought this after my previous Babyliss Pro died after 2 years - but as it only cost about £20, I cant complain. Im very pleased with this new model though, as it has improved switches - and on one use it seems better all round.
