The retractable cord is a little unpredictable and sometimes has to be coaxed back in. It's very light so if you have to spend ages drying you won't get arm ache. It is very powerful but I'm disappointed that you can't control the heat. Even on the lowest setting and with the nozzle on you can dry the hair without it being blown everywhere.

Good hairdryer and useful to have a retractable cord however i have found it can get rather stiff and fail to wind back into the hairdryer.
