I like most bought this to save myself money going to the barbers, I usually get a grade 1 all over at the barbers and when I bought this it was about two weeks since my last visit to the barbers and I normally have to go at least every two weeks sometimes more. I was quite impressed with the unit itself its a very cool design and there were plenty of accessories to mess about with. I charged the unit for its initial 16hour charge then set to work. I got a shower and waited for my hair to completely dry and set the machine to a grade 3 to make sure I knew the length of the grades. At this point my hair was roughly what Id say was a grade 3-4 in a barbers and the machine didn't cut a single hair so I lowered it to grade 2 and again not a single hair, finally lowered it to grade 1 and it started cutting. The cutting was fine it didn't catch or clog and was actually more comfortable then a normal shaver. However after my first sweep I was struggling to notice any difference so I carried...

I don't often take the time to write reviews but this is such a poor product I felt it was necessary to warn others not to part with their hard earned money.It's the worst trimmer ever. It gives a really uneven cut and is uncomfortable to use.The only thing that was any good was the other little trimmer that came with it. I use if for my side burns and to grade my stubble before I wet shave.Total waste of money - glad I paid half price for mine and not the full £60 that was being asked for at the time.

This product is useless. If you're going to buy it make sure you can return it.This is a big step backward in design. Totally hopeless is cutting hair evenly.
