I used this on my own & I found it very easy to use until I got to the back of my head, which was a bit tricky my hair got a bit stuck I got a bit worried until I realised it will make a bleeping sound & it then releases your hair. The best way around avoiding hair getting stuck is to brush out every tangle & to only use a small amount of hair at a time which recommendeds 3 cm. I have now used it quite a few times & think it's fantastic the curls stay for a couple of day's using the right products.
