Misleading, 22 April 2013

I purchased this product at a price of £12.99 believing that it was 2 packs of gas cannisters (each pack with 2 cannisters i.e. 4 in total) as the picture shows 2 packs. Based on a high street price of £4.99 for one pack containing 2 cannisters. I accepted that this price was still a little high but believing that i was going to rerceive 4 cannisters I placed my order.When the product arrived there was only one pack containing 2 cannisters! I believe that the advert is totally misleading.

I wish I had read the reviews first as I totally agree with them I also bought said items thinking that there was two packs which are in the picture in advert when I complained I was told it was my fault for not reading the add correctly now the post office has told me they don't send gas bottles any more its a new rule I am so angry about this if the sellers where not in Scotland I would be strait round to them taking advantage of a pensioner So I will be for a shop in future.

This product information was totally misleading I thought according to the photograph that I had ordered 2 packs of babyliss gas refills instead only 1 arrived and as I could have bought them from argos locally for £4.99 I will be seeking a refund by return
