Smells wonderful and works a treat, but a word of warning- don't put the tub in the microwave! The plastic melts and hot wax escapes from the bottom!

I cannot recommend this product enough! I was using the Rio wax system and had previously replaced my hard wax with that. I'm happy I chose to try this though! It has a nice light fragrance to it and the actual pot was much larger than I thought it would be when I placed the order! It goes on very smoothly and I found the Rio wax had a tendency to get too hot very quickly in the pot - this seems to remain at a steady temperature for longer but I still recommend the spatula turn and twist test to make sure it isn't boiling! It's easy to pull off and I find it pulls 80% of hairs the 1st strip with the 99% of the remainder being removed in the 2nd. x

Much better than soft wax, 2 April 2015
I used this for the first time last night to wax my chest. I have used several different types of wax as well as an epilator and i have to say that this hard wax works way better than anything else i have tried. More hair was pulled out and with much less pain.As long as you prep your skin properly then the wax doesn't really stick to the skin - unlike soft sticky waxes.I have seen a few reviews where people have complained about the wax breaking up or not working properly if put in a microwave. This wax must be used in a wax warmer with a removable pot not a microwave to be effective. To stop it breaking up it needs to be put on thick (about 4mm). Also it is really designed for coarse hair - like my chest hair although the manufacturer does say it can be used on all hair. The working temperature does seem to be quite critical as it will go from really runny to being too thick to spread very quickly so a decent quality warming pot is a must.
