I am always eager when waiting for a parcel from Amara organics. Everything I have purchased so far has been exceptional and I had high expectations for this facial toner also. It arrived promptly with appropriate packaging and was sealed with an anti tamper seal. The bottle itself looks quite plain in white and green with a spray top and listed ingredients. The lovely blend of ingredients included are all natural – vitamin C, glycols acid, witch hazel, neroli and aloe Vera. I love all natural ingredients and love that no harsh products are going into my skin.. The spraying nozzle of the bottle works well and sprays a decent amount. It also has a plastic cap on the top. When using it, the smell is mainly of witch hazel, but it is not overpowering at all. It feels quite mild and calming in a way. It leaves the skin feeling refreshed instantly and so much more smoother. It feels so soothing in the skin and prepares the face for moisturiser. It absorbs well and Does not feel oily...

This toner came shrink wrapped which provided a nice touch. However, it was tightly housed in a thin (Amazon) cardboard envelope which meant that the bottle arrived a little crushed in at the side.
Upon purchasing the product I was sent an email from Amara Organics with directions for use which I thought was a nice gesture. I have combination skin with an oily t-zone, and a sensitive eye area. And even though the product has an earthy scent (to me this smells like freshly cut aloe vera) I was happy to find when I spritzed it all over my face (and then rubbed it in gently with my fingers) that my eyes did not sting nor did the surrounding skin react badly.
After application, the product absorbs very quickly, my face is left feeling really soft but a little matte/dry (I am used to thick moisturisers; so I apply that afterwards). I wanted to use this toner for a couple of weeks before leaving a review. Firstly, I want to say how helpful the Amara Organics customer team is- The first toner I received was faulty, and after explaining the situation they promptly sent out another and it arrived in 1-2 days - excellent!
Now for the review.. I really do love this toner! I use it day and night, after cleansing and before any serums/moisturisers/spf/makeup etc. The bottle is really big (177ml) and has a spray nozzle. You can spray the product directly on your face or spray a few pumps onto a cotton pad and apply to your face - this is the method I prefer as I like to make sure I get it all over my face. This toner is 100% natural, and 81% organic and is not tested on animals - very important! It is also made in the USA.
