I have checked the authenticity of my product and since discovered it is in fact real however I have seen reviews of this same purchase with fake reports.the palette is beautiful in itself and is an easy pick up when you are looking for a subtle eye look.I have sourced a few quick points for you to check if yours is real.* uni-carton - if your palette does not come with a unicarton it is fake* colour - if your palette is darketc in colour and is more brown toned rather than a light yellow tone it is fake* ribbon - if your ribbon for removing the brush is short and difficult to access your palette is fake, if it is long and a warm brown in tone it is genuine.* shadow colour story - if your shadows are not true to the key on the back for instance if some shades are a foil glitter rather than subtle shimmer they are fake.Credit: tinkinpinkheels @youtube for the source

Upside and Downside, 14 April 2014
Lovely presentation and great colors, but the word 'Nude' is misleading as these are very rich, strong colors! I had thought they would be gentle hues but they need to be used very sparingly (removing excess from the brush before applying followed by a lot of neutral blending) to achieve the soft shading I had thought they would give.
