My hair is very long and thin, and i have the problem that my hair is very dry and brittle on the tips, but the hair on the roots gets oily relatively quickly. The second thin is, that I used so far a cheap plastic brush as I never thought that much about that also the brush could be a problem for hair loss and breakage. I came across this brush as I read an article about using the right brush for your hair and thought 'let's read some reviews'. Many people wrote that it totally changed their way of treating their hair and that they where super happy - especially as it helps to balance out these oily/ dry areas. So I thought, let's give it a try. I compared a few brushes on Amazon and chose this one, as I personally prefer this shape than the square ones. Best brush i've ever had, 13 Jan. 2017
Hair type- thick, medium length, curly hairThis brush it literally amazing i cant praise it enough. I got it only because i needed a new brush but its actually so much better than any brush i've had before. It makes brushing my hair now pain free, where before i'd be tugging my head off with knots, it also doesn't make my hair frizzy which some standard brushes can do. Will be recommending.

I had recently bought a boar bristle hairbrush for the dog and had noticed how much shinier her coat had become. This prompted me to try a boar bristle brush for myself on my own very thick hair. Boar Bristle hairbrushes can cost up to £100 which is out of my price range. I chose this one partly because of the reasonable price and partly because of the innovative use of bamboo. I am delighted with it - the longer nylon type bristles detangle the hair and massage the scalp and the natural boar bristles smooth the hair and send natural oils down the hair shaft. I also like the bamboo comb.I would recommend this brush to anyone and particularly to those with thick wavy or curly hair
