This review is not regarding the Mineral Veil product, which I have been using for a while and think is excellent. My review is to warn you against using this seller ('Natural Makeup Products').This product took over a couple of weeks to arrive and when it did it was a very different colour to the normal version I buy in the UK. I asked to get a refund but was never given one as it was claimed the product was never received - so now I have neither the product or the money back. Whilst there is a small chance it was lost in transit, I find this hard to believe as I have returned scores of items in the past and never had any problems.I never write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience as it has taught me a valuable lesson about buying these sort of products from unknown third parties, even if they are endorsed by Amazon - it is a false economy and you're better off buying from a reputable online retailer.

I purchased this product as it was recommended to me by a friend! I was told that it is good for preventing shine on the skin! It works well and it can be used over any foundation!

Be very careful buying Bare Minerals online. I received a fake. It looked wrong,far too pale up to my original,SMELT wrong(should not really smell) and the packaging looked wrong. The little booklet was folded poorly and looked bleary and badly printed.Just google fake bare minerals and you will see loads of reports of fakes being sold on Amazon,Ebay and other online shops.There's a report on The Mail where they tested a fake Mineral Veil and it contained traces of lead, cadmium, copper, arsenic and mercury. Funny mine smelt slightly like SULPHUR!I will be buying from QVC from now on. 9g for around £20 inc postage at least then you know you have genuine article.I will add photos of fakes and authentic so you can spot the signs.Oh and I advise you to look at the reviews left on the .com Amazon. There you'll see people who received fakes too.
