BareMinerals counter at House of Frazer told me this is not the genuine product, 26 Jan. 2014

Thought that selling as "Bare Escentuals bareMinerals" it would have to be the genuine product but have been very doubtful since I started using this pot. It's coverage is nowhere near as good as my original pot (from a counter). Yesterday I took it to the bareMinerals counter at House of Frazer and they showed me the difference between this and the geniune product. I could instantly see the difference in the way the powder behaves - this one is very talcy and just disappears into the skin which shouldn't be the case. The packaging is slightly different too. The colour was pretty close but that's the only thing that was right. Really disappointed.

Fake product! Do NOT buy Bare Minerals from here!, 3 Dec. 2016

I have been using Bare Minerals products for nearly 3 years, so I was suspicious when I received the foundation and the packaging was different (e.g. no embossed labelling, a sloppily folded instruction pamphlet inside etc.). Just to be certain, I tried the product out.....the coverage and consitency was definitely not right. You don't have to work hard to get full coverage (part of the reason I love Bare Minerals foundation so much), but this did barely anything - I might as well have mixed some talc with some budget face powder! Finally, I took this to a Bare Minerals rep today who confirmed my suspicion about it being fake.Charging just under full price for this product, I expect the real thing - shame on you for trying to fool people with this! I'm lucky I knew what to expect...not everyone is. I will be sure to not buy from Beauty Tech again, and I would urge others to do the same.

I don't think this is the genuine product. Its coverage is poor and the pot is not the same as one purchased from Debenhams.Don't waste your money by from a Bare minerals counter in a store.
