TL:DR Great for BJJ, had to be careful with sizing guide.
Backround:
While practising BJJ, I attempted an Uchi-mata (judo throw) I didn't commit enough, my opponent ducked under and took my back then decided to jump on me distributing both of our combined body weights through my knee.
End result was lots of popping and me screaming in agony on the floor, turns out I'd torn my medial collateral ligament.
fast forward to when I could walk properly, I bought a velcro wrap around knee support, which was ok, but not amazing, as it kept coming down the leg, after reading about this knee support, I decided to try it and I was not disappointed, so much so, I'm going to buy another...
