Could be real good if you learn how to use it properly - tips included!, 21 Sept. 2015

I’ve been using the Beard Club (100ml) oil from Red King for a couple weeks now, overall I have noticed some improvements in the shine but nothing terribly significant so far… but there’s a reason why.

I’m going to be totally honest… I used the oil regularly but I didn’t use the right amount of oil (My longer beard requires 3-4 pumps. (see photo). So I will rightly, be updating this review further down the line. But who defines what a long beard is? If a tree falls in the woods and no one is watching, does it make a noise?

My 5 tips for a better Beard Club experience in order of importance

1. Remind yourself: Keep the spray bottle on the bathroom sink, kitchen sink, desk or wherever your daily grooming routine starts AND set a reminder on your phone.

2. Use the correct amount: 2 pumps for short to medium length beard and 3-4 pumps for longer beards...

Love love love love this beard oil!! I bought this oil for my husband who has quite a big beard. I loved the branding and thought it would make such a nice gift. When he opened it he loved it so much he literally used it straight away. I received this at a discounted price in exchange for review and normally with these types of products I delay reviewing until I can see the long term effects but I noticed such a difference from the first time my husband used it. Straight away my husbands beard felt softer and he didn't even use a large amount. My husband isn't normally into these things (he doesn't even use moisturiser), he prefers things natural but he was really impressed with this. Even though this is for the beard, the main ingredients would help soften any hair type so I will be stealing some of this for my hair I think!
