An absolutely fantastic kit. Just to start with, the box is amazingly aesthetically pleasing and shows how high the quality the rest of the kit will be. I previously used the oil from this kit on its own and learning how wonderful not only because it doesn't have an overly oily texture but also because it helps to straighten your bead out to its full length, allowing you to show it off in all its amazing glory. After using the oil I was really looking forward to using the shampoo that is partnered with it. I was not disappointed. It doesn't produce as much lather as other beard shampoos I have used but once my beard was dry I noticed an increased softness and volume in my beard. As a bonus to these two fantastic items there is also the wooden comb. At first I was unsure how I felt about the small distance between the teeth, however, it glides through my beard perfectly with almost no resistance. All in all I am over the moon about this kit, its very high quality and fantastic value...

Another fine product from the chaps at Lewis Hill. Well presented in a very nice box that looks every bit as good on my shelf as my wife fancy boxed pamper kits look on hers. The products inside are Excellent indeed. I already am a user of The Distinguished Gentleman beard oils so the addition of the shampoo and comb to my collection is most welcome. Upon first use of the shampoo I was very pleased with the way my beard felt. The scent is pleasingly masculine and as you only a need for a small amount, my beard did not become a giant coconut scented meringue!! My beard felt well nourished and once rinsed and patted dry, smelled amazing. An application of the Wild Side oil came next and a comb through with the large wide spaced wooden comb. My other combs have a much narrower spacing between teeth and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which this comb glided through my beard, no snagging at all!! The end result once dry, was a fuller looking finer smelling beard and the wife...
