Very stiff sponge.... Sucks up your foundation!, 26 May 2015

I'm not sure you could even call this a make up blender, it hardly blends at all and is just hard and stiff to use. It doesn't soak up water or expand when wet like a make up sponge should, because of this it does have a great knack for sucking up your foundation meaning you use a lot more product than you usually would to get good coverage (do you not know how much a decent foundation costs?!). The water that should be absorbed prior to application would usually stop this meaning minimal product is required. The only thing I did like was the shape, if the sponge was softer and squidy like a make up blender should be then the shape of the sponge would really lend itself to applying foundation to all the contours of your face. Unfortunately this just didn't quite come up to scratch got me!Oh and a minor thing, the description says its hot pink - mine was yellow.
