I will start by saying that I haven't had these brushes for very long at this point in time so I will be reviewing them solely on a short term use basis. If at any point they cause a change in my.mind in terms of their usefulness then I will of course update the review.
The brushes all arrived individually wrapped and then packaged together in a small plastic cover. When I first opened them I was slightly concerned by the strong plastic smell that I was getting but after discarding the packaging and washing the brushes in warm soapy water, before allowing them to dry thoroughly, the smell had disappeared. This leads me to believe that it was just the packaging causing the smell.
Each brush is shaped slightly differently, in order to allow use for a variety of different techniques and areas.
There are foundation and concealer brushes, contouring brushes and a variety of different smaller brushes to both apply and blend eye makeup.
